  • New direction Equipment for the blind was settled, supplying equipment from foreign and Russian manufacturers for blind and visually impaired. Internet shop Accessible environment was opened, offering wide range of products consumers of with different requirements.


  • Unique laboratory of 3D modeling of individual earplugs was created. ITE premium class hearing aids cases were started.


  • Istok-Audio Group became co-executor of Federal tender of state program Accessible environment, supplying equipment for people with limited mobility to 83 Russian regions and developing import substitutions. Proceeding with state progeram Accessible Environment company provide coplmex solutions to for inclusive education to the schools. Manufacturing of informational-tactile products has started.


  • First official pediatric center of good hearing Raduga Zvukov, certified according to international standards of the Phonak company. First Russian 16-channel programmed digital hearing aid Bagira PRO is designed. Istok-Audio Group has become the official distributor of Swedish company Tobii Dynavox. Eye-tracking, alternative and augmentative communication technologies have reached Russia. New internet shop Star&Mlad was opened.


  • Istok-Audio Group became a participant in initiative Diagnostics of efficiency of Russian companies, realized in accordance with Russian-Japanese Memorandum of Cooperation and start to manufacture cochlear implants systems in partnership with Federal Russian Scientific Clinical Otorhinolaryngologic Center, Danish holding William Demant and Oticon Medical Company.
